Three Spices for Pain Relief

by

Anti-inflammatory spices, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon provide pain relief, naturally. These spices help relieve pain without harmful side effects. Of course, you also need to eliminate sugar and processed junk food. Sugar significantly worsens pain and inflammation. Sugar and highly processed food also impair tissue healing.

Turmeric

Turmeric is a root containing curcumin, a yellow pigment and powerful anti-inflammatory substance for pain relief. Turmeric works well for treating pain and joint stiffness. It also relieves indigestion and prevents stomach ulcers. Some studies show that turmeric improves depression and anxiety. Try using turmeric in recipes for grains, vegetables, tea, or smoothies.

Ginger

Ginger is a root that relieves arthritis pain, muscle soreness, indigestion, acid reflux, nausea, and migraine headaches. Ginger is a remarkable anti-inflammatory food. The pain relief is fast acting and reliable. Try using fresh ginger root in tea, smoothies, and cooked vegetables.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a bark that relieves soreness, pain, and inflammation. Cinnamon also lowers blood sugar in diabetes and reduces cholesterol. Cinnamon is a delicious spice to use in oatmeal, baked desserts, smoothies, and tea.

Turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon are three spices proven safe and effective for relieving inflammation and pain. Start using these natural foods to provide pain relief without the risks of medications.
