Join Dr. Carla Hightower, Founder of Living Health Works, for this edition of the Food As Medicine Cooking and Dinner Series. Discover how certain foods fight fatigue and improve your mental and physical performance.
The seminar includes an educational lecture, cooking demonstration, and delicious plant-based dinner.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and take your seat. The presentation will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
The seminar will be photographed and videotaped for use by the host. Images of attendees may be included in such photographic content.
This is part of an ongoing series of food as medicine events that will be held on a monthly basis. Tickets will be sold separately for each event in the series.
Will each food as medicine seminar offer new and different information?
Yes. Each seminar offers different content, so you will learn valuable, new information each time you attend. We will also serve a new and delicious dinner at each event.
Do I need to have attended the previous seminar(s) to attend this one?
No. Each event is distinct and asssumes no previous knowledge of what was discussed at previous events.
What are my parking options?
Valet parking is available at the hotel for a reduced rate of $15 for Food As Medicineattendees. Alternatively, a self-park lot is located across the street from the hotel. Metered street parking is also available.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. If you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please provide the host with 24 hours notice by sending an email to [email protected]. Include the new guest’s name, email address, and phone number.
