Food As Medicine Cooking and Dinner Series

Join Dr. Carla Hightower, founder of Living Health Works, for this transformative introductory event. You will learn how food as medicine eliminates fatigue, reverses chronic disease, and controls pain. Discover food choices that allow your body to restore and heal itself.

The event includes an educational lecture, cooking demonstration, and delicious plant-based dinner.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and take your seat. The presentation will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.

The event will be photographed and videotaped for use by the producers. Images of attendees may be included in such photographic content.

A series of events will be held on a monthly basis. Tickets will be sold separately for each event in the series.

The introductory price will be offered for a limited time. Space is limited and tickets will not be sold at the door, so reserve your seats today!

What are my parking options?

Valet parking is available at the hotel for a reduced rate of $15 for Food As Medicine attendees.  Alternatively, a self-park lot is located across the street from the hotel. Metered street parking is also available.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. If you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please provide the host with 24 hours notice by sending an email to [email protected]. Include the new guest’s name, email address, and phone number.
